MEMBER TO MEMBER DISCOUNTS: Offer your fellow members a discount for utilizing your business.  Your offer will appear in every new member kit that is distributed and on the chamber website

MEMBER MAILING LABELS: Available ONLY to Chamber Members for a fee of $30 (Approx. 300)

MEMBER TO MEMBER EMAILS: The Chamber does not share its’ email list.  See Email options below.

MEMBER OFFERS IN CHAMBER EMAIL BLASTS:  The Chamber sends an email blast every week to its members to notify them of upcoming events and news of interest.  Members are welcome to include any notices at the bottom of such emails in text format. Subscriber List: 600, Cost to Members: $35. 

MEMBER OFFERS – STAND ALONE EMAIL BLASTS:  The Chamber will send an email on your behalf to their subscriber list.  Email must be in html format and content must be pre approved.  A professional email can be designed for your company and sent for $99.  Only available to Members

Email Marketing Assistance

Have you been thinking of staying in touch with YOUR clients and customers with email blasts? Not sure what to do? Need some assistance? We can help! We'll create a personalized template for your organization, fill it with the content you want, upload your customer email addresses and work with you to keep you in front of your customer base as frequently as you want. Track who opens it and when, enable new customers to subscribe to your list right from your website, enable on-line RSVP's, registration and payments for your events. $149 one-time template set up, monthly cost varies depending on frequency of sends per month. Website Opportunities

EMPLOYMENT: Job Listings ~ List your job openings on the Hicksville Chamber website: Members: FREE, Non Members: $15/Month

EVENTS: Event Listings ~ Post your organizations events on the chamber calendar.  Members: FREE,  Non Members: Not available to Non Members

PROFILE WEBPAGE: Create your own mini website right on the chamber website with your information for visitors to see. Members: FREE, Non Members: Not available to Non Members

BANNER ADVERTISING: Your ad appears on the Home, Content and Member Listing pages.

Ad must be provided by member (or one can be designed for you for $29). $45 Per Month, Minimum listing term is 3 months.  10% discount for 6 months, 25% discount for 12 months

 

CO-OP Mailings With the Chamber

Mailing Insertion: Insert your flyer to our monthly mailing that is distributed to 1,000 local businesses in the Hicksville/Jericho area. Member must provide flyer copies folded down to fit #10 envelope. Cost: $50

 

Sponsorship & Spotlight Opportunities

Luncheon Spotlight Speaker

Spotlight your business at one of our monthly luncheon meetings. Before our guest speaker takes the floor, spotlight speakers are able to address the luncheon attendees for approximately 5-10 minutes. Luncheons held every third Tuesday of the month at Peppercorns Restaurant, Hicksville, NY. This is Free and only available to our members. 

Raffle Prize Donations

Donate a product or raffle for more visibility for your company. Raffle prizes are used at any of the events listed below, our monthly luncheons, networking events and awarded at other functions throughout the year.

Banner Program
